Forklift Licence

Forklift truck means a powered industrial truck equipped with lifting media made up of a mast and an elevating load carriage to which is attached a pair of fork arms or other attachments that can be raised 900 mm or more above the ground, but does not include a pedestrian-operated truck or a pallet truck.

The course is offered as a combined ASQA and WorkSafe Victoria unit package. ACE Training will deliver the training through classroom instruction and realistic learning environments. ACE Training’s qualified assessors will assess the participants’ competence through a series of verbal and written questions and practical demonstrations. A course overview will be provided upon completion of the enrolment process.

Successful students who pass the assessment by our qualified assessor will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck. Students will also need to apply to WorkSafe Victoria via the myWorkSafe portal to obtain your Forklift Licence. You have 60 days after completing this course to submit your application and additional fees apply.

Please note that this unit in itself does not result in a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) to operate this equipment.
